Scope of Engagement
These terms govern use of the R2D International website and confidential intake process. They do not, by themselves, constitute an engagement letter or mandate; formal engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
Assessment & Deliverables
The Assessment (Trade Failure or Market Entry) produces a Decision Memo, Rules of Engagement, and — where applicable — an Execution Pack, as described on the Approach and Services pages.
Fees & Engagement Letters
Fees, scope, and payment terms are defined in a separate engagement letter following intake triage. No fee is charged for the initial intake or triage response.
Limitation of Liability
R2D provides decision architecture, not guaranteed outcomes. Our recommendations are based on information provided by the client and available at the time of the Assessment.
Governing Law
Engagement letters specify applicable governing law and jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis, given the cross-border nature of R2D's work.
