Illustrative working documents prepared for a decision briefing

Our approach

R2D International
Decision Architecture.

Risk.
Decision.
Discipline.

Every engagement runs through three disciplines, in a fixed order — so decisions survive pressure.

Explore the method

A clear decision.
A documented path.

A method, not a slogan.

Risk Decision Discipline.

The method / Three disciplines

A fixed order.
A stronger decision.

  1. Risk.

We map where mistakes cost the most: exposure, deadlines and daily costs (claims and notice deadlines, logistics windows), constraints, and precedent risk.

  2. Decision.

We produce four comparable solution routes — cost, timeline, risk, and stop-loss — so the decision-maker has a clear executive choice.

  3. Discipline.

We impose controls through a named decision-maker: single channel, minimum evidence before concessions, agreed limits on time and spend, a fixed reporting cadence, daily working sessions when needed, escalation, and documented closeout.

How R2D starts

From ambiguity
to a controlled decision.

  1. Intake.
    Rapid diagnosis.

Minimum, risk-driven: asset/receivable and stakeholders, core documents, clocks, sponsor objective, stop-loss.

  2. Assessment.

Within 3 business days (Trade Failure) or 3 weeks (Market Entry) of engagement and complete documents: Decision Memo, Rules of Engagement, Stop-Loss.

  3. Execution
    Plan.

R2D executes all plans with governance only — never “at any cost.” A written execution plan upon approval.

Rules of engagement

The controls
that make
decisions stick.

Clear authority. Defined limits. A written record. Six controls guide every engagement.

Explore our services

Decide first. Execute second.

Execution begins only after a decision has been made and mandated — never in parallel with debate.

Single Channel

One negotiating channel, one voice. No parallel conversations that create conflicting narratives.

A named decision-maker

A named sponsor with real authority to approve limits and route — not a committee.

No concession
without evidence

No concession is made without the evidence that justifies it.

Stop-Loss

A pre-agreed point at which the route stops, regardless of momentum or pressure.

Documented Closeout

Every engagement ends with a clean, written record — for protection, not just for the file.

The principle behind the process

“R2D does not make it happen at any cost. We ensure execution never violates the stop-loss — and never causes a larger loss through a decision error.”
